Took train to work .
Room 16 and 21 .
Room 21 for Corner's case . Was very busy and lost . First time doing Corner as well . Jasmine was nice , helpful .
She helped me returned the property to some son who appeared out of now where . There was no relative as well ... Then there was the IC . I asked the Nurse Manager if I can return back the IC so that they can collect the property . I ASKED if the investigating officer needs the IC when they come and " see the patient . "
She told me NO , NO . So I returned the IC to the son and his wife .... and wanted to rush off to give my replacement to my Room 16 . 2 cycles of potassium and 2 cycles of phosphate .
They asked me where to collect the property , is it at the Emergency department . I just told them yes . And before I know ... Nurse Clinician came . Told me that they were very angry . Whoever told them to collect the property at the Emergency department . Should be at the Business office , and it was almost after office hours . Patient printed at 1510 hours ... It was almost 5pm already . And the thing was , the patients daughter in law is Staff Nurse at SGH as well .... She was even wearing her uniform ...
Argh . Never mind . Sister wanted to check the body . Only to find out that there was no IC ! Hello ?! Thought you all gave me the green light to return that card ?! Why are you all , upper management , blaming me ?!
So , the Nurse Clinician went all the way down to the Business office to photocopy that card ...
Everything settled . I went for third break with Jasmine and the Nurse Clinician .

Room 16 was nothing . I passed over to Wong .
Brother fetched me .
I took some cakes from the ward , and he brought down the Green Tea cake I brought few days ago .
Drink some chocolate milk and went home .
