Wanted to sponge during overlap timing , but patient passed motion and it was everywhere .

I came back from break and Malek told me that he started fentanyl for my patient .
Okay , I asked him about the dilution and everything .
Passed over to her .
She gave me such a crap .
There were a few , about 4 or 5 intravenous antibiotics .
She FORCED me to chart it down during passing over of report to her , even though I claimed that I would do it later .

True , I do not know my fentanyl dilution , luckily Malek passed by and asked me if there's anything . So he told her how much he diluted .
