I woke up by a message . Somebody told me that there's dengue subjects coming in . I left at around 12pm , normal ward afternoon shift timing . Tried pushing down my bike and it toppled over . Carried it up , rode , and off I went .
Was along the expressway , trying to squeeze through when I really skidded . I was along the second and third lane .The white car in front stopped , while I was trying to pull up my bike . Another lorry at the third lane , for heavy vehicles , stopped . He helped the white car driver and both of the pull up my bike . I tried to start the engine , but the gear was gone case . Both of them then carried my bike to the shoulder lane .
I dialed the number , it was Shar . Explained that I would be late . She said I'm supposed to be on night . She would check and call me back . I called Ken , he was still stuck in the study .... I also don't know what to do . Suddenly felt very dizzy and nausea . Thought that I might throw up , but luckily did not . I wanted to have a seat , but it was at the should lane . I tried walking to the near by bus stop .... I don't know what to do .... Should I lock my bike , should I take my helmet ?
Gosh . Walked round and round . Sitting by the road side would be weird . I decided to leave my helmet on the seat , took my bag , and crawled all the way to the near by bus stop .
Called Brother . He asked me to call 100 . I called , explaining my situation and asked for towing service . They said they don't provide such service . Called back Brother , I then realized that I'm supposed to ask them for the bike towing service number . So , I got it . Called the Bike Ambulance . Gave them my location , number , number plate ....
Ken called . He gave me the Aunt's number , but it was engaged .
Shar called back , I am supposed to be on night shift !
I felt really sick , thought that I might lose my level of conscious , well , NUH was just next door . I lie down on the bus stop seat ..... it felt heaven . I felt better .
Anyway , Brother came . He brought my favorite milk tea , 2 ready to eat sausage and a jelly . Yummy . He went back to the car to grab tissue and a bottle of water for me to clean my wound as well .
He advised me to contact the insurance and left . It was his break time or something ? Luckily I was near by his work place .... Thank God .
So , I called and asked about my insurance . They said that the team is at Jurong East , and would reach soon .
I waited , Face booking . Well , if I am still able to Face book , that means that I am well , right ?
They came , took photo of my license and identity card . Advised and suggested to me . The bike ambulance came as well . My bike was already safely loaded on the lorry . So we discussed where to head to ...
I sat on the lorry and we went to Toh Guan . The two bikers came as well .
Waited for the service people . The insurance team accompanied me as well , explaining to me , asking me if I have any question . They wanted to help me dress the wound and all ... but I told them that it's okay .
So , they left half way , leaving me their name card and all , making sure that I'm alright .
The quotation was out and I agreed to it . Left the place . The service uncle even told be which bus to take .
So , I went out , saw the bus coming . Crossed the road and board the bus . I asked if it's heading to my direction . Nope . The bus caption asked me if I fell down ...
Okay . Wrong direction . Walked over and cross back the road . The bus came . Aunt beside me spoke to me . She was a rider as well . Injured her collar bone ...
A grandma board the bus with her grand daughter . Spoke as well .
Reached the interchange . Took the train . Some man gave his seat to me , said that my hand is bleeding .
So , reach the unit . Shar was inside the screening room with Doctor Jenny ... they were shocked when they saw my wound .
I showed Shar the message .... Day on call !
Argh !
So , I left Brother's milk tea in the fridge , and put my bag inside the locker .
Alice and Doctor Jenny saw me .... they were so concern . I told them that I'm going to get my wound dress up .
Went to ICU . Saw Jas ... but she was already reaching the locker .... Saw Olive ! Told her to help me grab some dressing materials .
Chilly was push patient out with RT Ivan .

So , I sat in the garden outside Kopitiam and dressed my wound . Had a little rest ....
Ken called . I went to 7 - 11 to meet him .
Then Kan messaged . Alice called .
My phone died .
Okay . Went back to the unit with Ken . Alice gave me two days of rest . She helped me to apply another layer of tegaderm .
Was being forced and sent back home . Two days of rest !!!! I would just appear at 7pm .... if only I knew !
So , Ken had a smoke outside the train station and we took the train to Dover . Took 185 and we reached home .
Had a drink at the coffee shop . Went to CK to buy some Dettol shower form .
Home . Home Sweet Home .
Charged my phone and replied Kan .
Apologized for the innocence caused .
Showered . HIGH !!!!!
He called . Just spoke to him for a while . I felt so much better .
Had dinner .... was very restless .
Thankfully for Brother , who came . I felt so lost ... Luckily he was around , made the trip to make sure that I'm alright ....
