Dragged myself to work . Totally tired . Slept like a pig on the train .

Reached ... 1 empty bed , for me . Everything was still aright , going on smoothly .

Sponged Simon's Room 21 patient first , helped him hooked up the dialysate and replacement bag and gave the morning antibiotic . Everything was going n smoothly ... until before I left for break at 10am .

Simon received a call from Ward 48 , Room 10 Bed 02 . Transfer case . Intubated . To send back to Bangladesh at 3pm .

Went for break first . They left for the Nurses' Day celebration while I ate alone .

Went back to the ward , the patient had arrived .

Nothing much . Intubated . Failed atrial line insertion . So , called the ward staff and she came down to pass over .

Flight booked at 3pm . Air ambulance doctor even came and reviewed patient already . Everything arranged by the family members . So I just settled the documentation .

Gave morphine 0.5mg/hour . Propofol 100mg/hour .

Hydration .

So , around 3.30pm . The ambulance people came . Radiographer came as well . Chest x-ray post intubation was not done yet . Lucky . Just in time .

And they waited for Malaysia Air clearance .... So , yup .... Everything settled .

Went home with Belle .

Reached home and just slept .

Dinner . Yucky . There were ants .

I tried speaking / making friends with the Hope Ambulance . Find out how much they are paid . The doctor and the nurse .
