Mondays mornings ...

Doctors started coming in ... act busy .

The he came and told me to check my Facebook - yeah , I knew . Another doctor came , his colleague .

He asked for the vital signs , she told him to document all vital signs as stable . I offered to get the clinical charts instead , and received a thanks .

Did not recognize another doctor ... needed him to name chop an old IMR , he claimed that he lost his stamp , and asked if I want to search for it ...

Prepared patient for examination - positioned her , and the doctor commented that I was very strong , with muscles .

In the middle of it all - the doctor suddenly asked me for my name , said that I never introduce myself ...

Back at the nurses' station , doctor ordered for Speech Therapist to review my patient . I commented to my colleague that our ward speech therapist changed ... no longer the same guy .

My colleague reminded that I already have a boyfriend/ attached .

I told her , no , now it's the "respi " ....

Married , in Cambodia !!!

More laughters !!!

Doctor was totally confuse . I told him that we all need motivation to wake up early in the morning to work .

Sharon Jie told me that the doctor took blood cultures for her patient . She hinted to him that there was somebody in another ward ...

Doctor came and review patients .... like finally .

I asked him , why were my patients being reviewed by another , female doctor ...

The reply - Why ? Miss me ? And said that he won't be around tomorrow ... Same same .

And I told him to check to social website .

Accompanied Doctor to make rounds .... talked about yesterday's incident .

Doctor came early in the morning while I was still serving medicines . He was on - call , yet he did not even know about it till his friend told him , and nurses called him about new admission . Talk about crazy roster ...

He left and came back again ... saying that once , he ordered for nurses to call Medical Social Workers every single shift ... Step down care in the cabin ward ....

Doctor complained that we sabotaged each other ... Patient turned hyportensive and I served anti-hypertensive medicine in the morning ....

Doctor helped me to set plug , took blood and ECG for my patient .... and I was just there assisting him ....

Argh ....

Thank God that my patient is alright ... stable patients .

Morning shift ...

So , doctors came and review my patients . I was first half in - charge today , lucky nothing much .

I managed to help the doctor to contact the Medical Social Worker , and he asked me to document in the discharge plan at the front of the case notes .

Colleague in - charge of the second half ... her antibiotics cannot run as the intravenous plug was out .

I asked the doctor to help us / her to set plug .

He did it willing , of course , after his boss left .

And the funny thing was , while inside the patient's room , that doctor was complaining about his another colleague .

Anyway , thank you doctor , for your willingness and attempt to help us .
