Mum half day today . She brought Ko Ko Mee for Brother and I .

Brother dropped me off at Lakeside .

Worked .

Admission with Elizabeth .

And she was very rude . "You don't know how to help ar. "

Luckily E Bay talked to me .... I felt better .

Ended work at 10.15pm plus .

Brother fetched and we went King's prata .

Home .

Brought Witchery .

Home . Then went Jurong Point with Mum . She brought Bata shoe as her shoes were spoil .

Then wanted me to pay for her $10 clothes as well !

Met Dad . Went Tampines . Finally found the Central 1 .

Was 1 hour late for the appointment .

Reached at 7.30pm . Dropped them there .

Went shopping . Brought a Hershey's $16 box .

Kopitiam . They asked me for the card . I don't have it !

Ate . Home .

Menses !!!!

Rode to work . Nothing much . 1 patient with Elizabeth .

Rode to NUS . Met Brother . We went Clementi hawker for Mutton Chop .

Went to the block 500 plus POSB bank . Met Brother for BBDC .

He drove . He passed his 2.01 .

Saw Vic . I was sitting by the shuttle bus .

Drove for Witchery . Then up the Kent Ridge park ... I drove .

Had duck rice for dinner .

Then Brother sent me to NUS Medical Library . Read till 10pm plus . Brother fetched .

We had Tissue Prata at Jurong East .... with Witchery .

He was being very nice to me .

He said what , I know these few days I never really talk to you . Are you feeling lonely .

Haiz . Such a bad day .

2 patients . 1 went ICA .

Empty room .

Then got to accept some CVVH case .... another DEM collapse case .

Almost collapse myself

Luckily Than Htaik assisted me .

Property form not sign , no clerking notes ....

Went home at 11pm .

Brother fetched . Went to the street behind NUS . Sausage carbonate .

Precept under Roz .

She leaves me alone . Nothing much .

I managed to survive .

Rode to NUS . We went back home and had oyster egg plus Q00 .

Woke up . Had breakfast .

Massage . RM 115 .

Went back hotel . Slacked . Had lunch . Checked out .

Drop off at Yuan Ching .

Took 98 with Er and Jun Wei .

Home .

Woke up only at 6.20am ....

Rode to SGH . Fell down at the zebra crossing .1 guy helped me to pull up the bike ,,,, then he left . Another guy helped me push the bike ....

Met Anna , Er , Jun Wei , Sharon and Eugene at Plaza Singapura .

Took bus ... alighted . Had the alligator farm tour and fruit tree farm tour .

Checked in with Cindy .

Had water sports . Swimming pool .

Went for some firefly sighting at night .

Had dinner . Home .

Stopped at the $2 shop ... Brought for Mum a packet of goat cappuccino drink .

Hang around in Sharon's room for a while ....

Went back to sleep .

Nothing much . Off patient's Dopa , Omeprazole , propofol ... awaiting time .

Went home ....

Took 185 . Saw Mum . I brought cream cake and Duran chendo to eat with Brother .

Brother waited for me at Esso , I was waiting for him at my bike .

He came , I pillion him . We topped up and pump air .

Had supper at hawker center . Black Ee Mian .

It was raining . Did not managed to ride to work .

Brother fetched me .... we went to Clementi rode side stall and had black pepper mutton chop .

Saw Abby while Brother drove out of SGH .

Called her , chatted with her .

Paired with Simon ... what CVVH , HFOV ....

Passed over to night staff . Lu Han .

Why give her such a difficult case .

No , Jie Ling never expect patient to be ob HFOV .

There was roll call ....

Jie Ling mentioned that the hypocount vendor spoke to her as if she was the one who spoil the machine .

Said until my name was mentioned ...

Yeah . Now everyone knows who was the on who spoil the machine .

Rode to work . Was going up the slop when I saw Abby .

Tried to stop and I fell down !!!

The car behind and in front of me stopped .

Still okay . Worked with 2 patients .

With Bernice ... she asked me if working in ICU is it very stress .

Must work faster .

Rode to NUS . Met Brother .....

We went Clementi for mutton chop .

I complained that it was very spicy . Brother ordered for me 2 chicken wings .

Paired with Norairan . Was inside patient's room preparing medications when " can we sponge patient now ?"

In charge asked me to preapre Room 20 for transfer to ICA Room 22/01 .

Shujuan then said , turning not only for your patient ... other patients as well .

ARGH .

Helped in turning while team doctors made rounds .

Went break . Came back .

Was asked to push bed to transfer patient .... ERM ?!

So I tranferd , then she asked me to concentrate on Room 19 .

Fine . Everything done and settled .

Went ICA to pass report ....

Med Onco team were seeing patient .

Asked them to order Potassium and redose the vanco .

Stood there waiting to pass over ...

She went back first ....

Then came and fetch me again .

Went and passed over .... got scolded again .

How many hours already .

Is it important . Your patients are just GW status .

Now in ICU , no longer GW .

Met him at HDB . Signed the form ....

Took train to City Hall . He went Bugis .

He left me just like that .

Took train myself .

Rode . Under Satimah .

Nursed patient on Nor ad .

Luckily no CVVH . Still okay ....

Ended work .

Went NUS to meet Brother . His was the first car I saw .

Rode with him via AYE . Had McDonald's .

Tired to ride but the bike won't start .

Was slightly late for work .....

Had lunch break with Jie Ling . She talked to me ....

Went NUS canteen .

Ee Mian . Then to the bench to study .

Brother fetched .

No drinks .

Went home and had biscuits . Brother made milk tea with his friend's milk tea ingredients .

Want to ride to work but it was raining .

Saw Shujuan at MRT .

Walked with her . Precept under her .

Nothing much . Went 68 . Saw Dad and Eileen .

They noticed my new glasses .

Hehe . Brother fetched me from Block 6 .

Supper , Diam Sum . Chee CHong Fun , pork ribs and the yam with meat fillings .

Went Orchard IEC in the morning .

Starbucks . Ate breakfast ... read book , fell asleep . Facebook ....

11.30pm . Went to meet him at Clark Quay Liang Court .

Waited for him . He brought me to UE square . Japanese buffet .

His phone low battery . Died .

He used my phone to call Margaret .

Went back to Liang Court and took bus to SMU .

We fought . His Mum wanted to see me for insurance . But he was scared as she don't know that we got a flat .

502 home .

Collected my glasses .

Paid another $65 for another fame .

Left home with Brother at 1130 hours .

Made glasses . $470 .

Drove to NUS . Brother took the dark room keys .

Went Clementi .

OK tea . $4.50 .

Nasi Lemak , noodles , green bean , chicken wing and meat . $15 .

Clememti Mall keys . $3 .

Dropped $2 to roll the bracelet toy .

Parked the car at Brother's NUS office .

Took shuttle bus to return the dark room key .

Bus to NUS Medical Library . Read . Hungry . Went to The Frionter for dinner with Brother .

Took shuttle bus to collect the car .

Spider and honeydew drink .

In charge of 2 patients . Send Room 14 out and got scolded by the junior .

8am parameters not charted .

Doesn't mean you are in charge then don't need to do junior work .

She threw my chart down .

I offered to key into Citrix . Don't need . If you want , you would have key in . Not now .

I was busy with Room 15 who desaturated and being put on Bipap .

Sent Room 14 to Ward 53C , 28/02 .

My preceptor and another staff nurse transferred patient to trolley .

I sent patient and came back .... they said , " Hey MJ , you never check the locker . Patient's clothes are inside . "

ARGH ! I wasn't the one who transferred the patient .

I told her inside the Roll Call room that I e-porter and spoke to Ward 53C staff already .

She don't want to answer me .

Said I'm the in charge and I should have checked .

It was just clothes .

Went home . Took 185 .

Got fined by the bus conductor .

Only good thing that happened to me today ?

Love tried to date me from 4pm to 5pm .... but I just ended work .

He called to say I love you .

He dated me for Thursday .

In charge of Room 14 .

Still surviving .

Met Er and her Brother at Lakeside . At least I got someone to speak to ....

So , I passed over .

Went in just to help lift patient . Night Junior came in and scold me .

Why not charted , you do already must chart .

I was inside there because patient woke up and become restless .

NGT asp ?! PH ? I don't know . I was not the one who did it !

Plus it was only 9pm plus .... 9.45pm , 9.50pm ?

Evening staffs were still around .

Why are you charting 10pm parameters when it's not even 10pm yet .

I spoiled the hypocount machine .... got called into Sister's office .

Nobody ever teach me to turn the machine upside down okay .

And we just go patient's bedside , poke , and obtain the blood .

Brother came and fetch me .

We had supper downstairs . Ice peach tea with Wu Xiang .

The only good thing that happened today ?

I received my GarSkin for Samsung Galaxy Ace and ipad 2 !

Took train to work .

Junior today . Forgot to bring my staff card and locker keys !

Brother came to SGH to fetch me .

Told him that I was craving for pasta . He brought me to the old ex KFC place .

Near Ai Hui's house for supper .

I brought ice green tea with honey .
