All thanks to Brother , I got to leave my own house ... I went to the post office to collect my another parcel . I explained to the person , she searched ... then , " Oh , Liew MJ . " She gave me my parcel .  

So , I went home ... Scanned , scanned , scanned .

Brother came home and suggested instant noodles with 4 chicken nuggets .

So , he called . I was still angry with him . He was cursing and swearing . We fought . Only love Double Pauline . 

I stayed at home for the whole day . Brother went down to help me collect my parcels . There were 2 but he only came back with 1 . Hope that I am able to collect my another parcel tomorrow . I do not have the collection paper any more .

Woke up , scanned the nursing forms . Ate lunch , watched Sharks Tales . Scanned again .

Woke up at around 10.30am . Scanned the nursing documents .

Lunch , watched Happy Feet . Continued scanning ....

Mum went Raffles to exchange the shoe . Got $50.00 voucher , but their stuffs are like , $300 plus .

Finally decided to go down to Lake shore for a swim at around 4pm plus .

I opened the door and saw there was a letter for me , asking me to collect my 2 parcels from the post office . I went down , however , the person told me that I can only collect it tomorrow .

So , I swam . It was really nothing much . I prefer the pools at swimming complex .

Went home . He showed me the place where he wanted to propose ... 

Went to SGH with Mum . Left her at Block 4 while I went all the way to Ward 68 and print my letter . Went to submit it . Sister was not around , and my colleagues said that there's some more at Block 6 Level 9 .

I went to bring Mum all the way up from Block 4 . There were nothing much .... the even was almost over .

So , I went back to my ward . Asked Mum to wait for me at the lobby while I went to submit my letter .

Sister refused to accept it . How can she reject my letter ? Angry .

Actually decided to go Chinatown . But Mum suggested Bugis .

We went .

Brought this high heel shoe to go along with all my dresses . It's $29.90 . But Mum bargain till $29.00 .

Continued shopping . Saw this Bear Bag , $45.90 ... but discounted till $35.00 . Got it . We left Bugis .... Mum wanted tea . Suggested Burger King but she wanted MacDonald's . So we walked further down . Saw this - 2 in 1 , Banana clip with hairband in SINMA . $5.90 .

So , we had our tea and headed home .

Mum only cooked my lunch . I added on some chicken nuggets , meat balls and potato chips . It got slightly burnt inside the oven .

Ate and we rushed down . It was raining , late .

1320 hours to 1500 hours .

Brother got 40 points !!!!

We went back to our home car park . Bother said that he might be going for a 6pm to 9pm lecture . I offered to go with him , if he's going .

I took bus 187 to Jurong Point . The driver took the wrong route . The aunties got off , was confused why the bus did not turn to the near by train station . People board the bus as well . Then the driver did a U turn and continued the journey .

Went to May bank and got the GIRO form . Then Popular . Got my tag . $2.80 .

Went to Value Shop and got the Johnson's soap , $2.95 each , and 2 cans of Root Beer , $0.65 each .

Got home . Was resting when Cousin's husband came . He waited for a while for Mum to bake finish the cake and he took it home .

Mum was tired and asked me to go down . Either to buy a Chicken or KFC . I told her that if I get a chicken and she wants to cook rice , might as well she cook everything . She does not seems to understand .

I got KFC for dinner .

I woke up at around 6am , unable to sleep ... I messaged him . Woke him up .

Finally woke up at 7am . Went to prepare . He called me while I was at Lavender . He complained that his Mum was very slow and that they just left the house . He called me a few more times , rushing me .

I managed to reach ... He came , held my hand . Told me that Pauline almost got arrested .

We walked around and finally sat down for tea , toast and egg .

They were trying to teach Mum how to use Skype .

So , I messaged him while waiting for 157 . Called him while waiting for 173 . I reached and waited outside the gate . He was in the toilet . He came . We went to his study room while he arranged his money .

We went home . His Dad was around , then his Mum came out . She passed me some shorts and jeans to try on .

He actually asked me to go to his parent's room to try as his Bother was sleeping . I refused . So his parents asked me to go to his elder Brother's room instead . They went out to Jurong East , I think .

Was trying on when he rushed me . We went down , but his parents already left . So we went back and watched television programme .

Worked . In charge of Room 19 and Room 20 . Room 19 self extubated . Never mind , they were trying to self breath test anyway . So I asked the Doctor Su Ann if they wanted to transfer her out . The reply I got was that Renal side is trying to push to Cardio .

I passed over to Yvonne .... and they told me to transfer patient to Ward 42 ICA . Room 08 Bed 07 . Excellent ! So last minute ! May helped me e-porter . Yvonne helped me to fill up the transfer check list . Michelle actually went to do turning and helped me do ECG . Sorry . I did not know that the patient is for transfer as well .... Other colleagues helped me pack and prepare , transfer the patient to the trolley . And the porter came just as I was trying to write my report . Excellent ! Henna actually asked me if I need her to help me transfer . Nope . I was close to tears by then ....

I went down . There was no patient at all . It was so peaceful .... but I heard got 3 patients coming in . I passed over the Citrix , CLMM , COPE . I never even pass the case notes and the staff was aright with it . Their old patient .

I finished my report and went back .

I passed over Room 20 to Lu Han . Doctor Mark started Morphine all because that patient complained of stomach pain and they can do nothing about it .

Noradrenaline - 0.3mcg/kg/hour . Fentanyl at 0.6mls/hour . Dextrose saline 1 litre over 24 hours , 21 drops per hour .

I came back from break and realized that my Fentanyl was up to 2mls/hour . 200mcg/hour . Okay . I did not get to see Saw when I came back from break . They removed the Swan Gauze as well .

I helped Saw to take ScVo2 and emptied the effluent bag while he went for " break . " He forgot that it was Friday and he got to go for later break time .

I passed over to Lu Han . Realized that there was no range for my Fentanyl . 0.6mls/hour was what the night staff passed over to me .

Then , since I have 2pm antibiotics to run as well , I totally forgot all about the femoral vascular catheter ! I asked Ber and she told me that hydration and antibiotics run together with the monitoring port , with another 3 way . Then both Fentanyl and Morphine as 1 port . And the Noradrenaline as 1 .

Not happy .

It was shortly after that then I realized that actually , she saw 7mls of Fentanyl when she took over . Jieling asked me about it . I explained to her . Jane , Ber and Michelle asked as well .

The story goes -

I was inside my Room 19 , feeding 2pm medications , even thought it was only 12pm plus . But I gave early since her irritating family members kept asking about the eye drops . So I dropped , and fed her her medications .

Tse Lert came in . She told me that my Room 20's Fentanyl finished ! SHIT ! If I had prepared any syringe .... nope . And it suddenly occurred that I left both Fentanyl and Morphine on the computer outside only !

WIN !

Thank god that my medications did not lost , if not my head will row !

So , I settled my Room 19 ( because I thought that the patient will be just .... the same . Not going out . ) and went to Room 20 . My Fentanyl was already in stand by .

Extra work . Doctor Mark wanted to start Morphine . So I prepared my Morphine - 1 vial mixed with normal saline 10mls . Fentanyl 2 vial into 20mls normal saline .

She came in to check patient just as I was by the basin preparing the medications .

So , how can there be 7mls of Fentanyl when it was already in stand by mode and I was preparing it ?!

The seniors even log in and went into the system to check the timing I took out the medications . 2 vial of Fentanyl . I was correct . Not as if I took 3 vial and gave it within an hour - just like what Nor An said .

Lu Han asked me who counter check my medications . Saw . But according to Saw , Lu Han said that it was HIM who prepared the medications . But nope . She asked me who counter check the medications for me ! I even double checked with him how to dilute the medications - which I am correct .

Nor An was asking me what happened , Jason was around as well . Saw admitted that he checked the medications with me , and that I am correct . He will answer if there's anything ..... He said it to them .

So I explained to everybody . Jane , Ber , Michelle , Nor An all said that I got to at least explain to Lu Han , in case the misunderstanding get worst . Nor An assisted me with the documentation . Said that I got to write purge how much during the procedure and the clinical charting .

So I approached her . Nor An was nice , she helped me speak up and explained as well .

She answered , since that's what you said , then I just take it .

Sister actually wanted me to bring a folder up to Ward 68 . Everyone was looking for me and can't find . They called May to bring the folder up instead .

So I pushed the bed back with May . Everything was aright at first . Until Nurlin and Vicky dragged me to Jane .

Jane told me that I'm not allow to do such things ... etc ... etc .

I'm supposed to be Room 14 , first case . Luckily the 19 year old boy came during overlapping time . So Cheryline took the case . There were 2 hollow smelly bilateral hip wound .

So , ended work . I went to the NUH Foodfair and had my Ee Mian dinner . Went to Starbucks . Tried to study , but kept on dozing off .

Brought my favourite Green Tea Latte $6.50 . Top up the Starbucks Card as well . Read , Face book ....

Until Brother told me that he's ready to fetch me .

I went all the way out to the bus stop and waited for him . We drove back and I got my bike . Went to Esso and pump petrol and air . There was something wrong while I pump my bike front tyre . We went home . Only after the traffic light , I told Brother the some thing's wrong with my bike's front tyre .

I drove the car back to park while Brother took my bike .

I parked and went to Esso . He was not around . Went back to the car to grab my phone . Brother had already helped me to park my bike .

We went home .

Dragged myself to work . Alighted , only to realized that I was sitting beside Bay all the while throughout the journey . We walked and saw Lu Han as well .

Worked . Called Mum during break . I thought that Brother would be fetching me . But nope . She just gave a thousand and one excuses . Brother still at checkpoint , he's tired .

However , I left the ward without showering . Brother came and fetched me . I was still angry . Had Wu Xiang at hawker centre for supper .

Face book . Prepared . Went to the 5 head market to print my application form . $1.00 each page ! If only my bike got petrol ! I would have rode all the way to NUS to print and head down to SGH .

Decided to go and look for Mum since I'm so near to her workplace . Asked her for a pen to fill up my application form as well . Filled up the from while on the train . It was crowded .

I reached around 2pm . Had some mango milk ice at Kopitiam . $1.76 . Wanted to eat some proper meal , but decided against it due to the cost .

I went all the way up to Block 7 Level 7 . They accepted me straight again . I told them that I can throw it in as early as tomorrow . They were shocked . So fast , but they were happy . Of course , they wanted to know the reason . I told them that my bond had already completed , and I'm looking for other experiences and other areas . Said talk to the HR immediately for them to process . And who knows , after off set my leaves and everything , I could start work in 2 weeks time instead of the usual 1 month . I asked them about the uniforms as well . Only lab coats !!! There's long and short selves . When you go out for meeting and another when you are attending to the patients . I was so happy ! The person was happy as well , since I told her that I don't want any uniforms . Everybody's happy .

Went back . Luckily I saw Olive , who gave me Belle's number . She was still inside the ward . She came out , I passed her my shampoo and she went to bath .

Talked to him , told him everything while waiting for Belle . Was inside the tea room . I love you .

We went to Outram MRT to meet Olive . Then Tiong Bahru MRT to wait for Michelle . Went to Jurong East MRT and met Goh Y.C .

Went to Woodlands MRT and took cab down to Malek's house . Ate , talked .

It was already 8.30pm when we left - Me , Goh Y.C , Belle , Olive , Joanna and Yap .

Walked all the way to the MRT station and rushed down to Bukit Batok , Joanna alighted as well .

Ran to the Witchery . But he was not around , he was at the interchange booth . Met him . Wanted to hug him , hold him .

We walked to the bus stop and played hide and seek . I used CAT - IMMOBILIZATION ! Kissed him .

We went to Bugis and had my favourite steamboat . We talked and chatted . I told him about Sharon . He did not take his phone . He knew that it's some module section day and his friend would be contacting him . His Mum called though , and she asked if he brought her stuffs to give me . He said yes , and that he don't need to get any good bye gifts .

Full full . Walked around at Junction . He went to the gents while I shopped around at their open ground . We called each other , both wanted to show another person something . So I went up to the second floor Watson's . We walked and he showed me my favourite Rikakkuma . We went back and I showed him the green tea . Expensive .

We sat at the Mos Burger . He used his laptop while I used my ipad .

Went to his School where he tried to help me print my application form , but the printer was down . He played game while I watched PPS .

Was a bit angry with him . I was tired already , he said he just need to buy one more thing in his game . But I waited and waited . Angry .

He went to the gents and we went to the bus stop . He said that since I am angry with him , he would just throw away the things his Mum gave me . We began hugging and kissing each other .

Took bus home . Showed my parents . Mum complained to Dad that they're married for so many years and yet he never give her anything .

So , I took train to work , as usual . Room 20 . Changed to afternoon shift with Olive ...

There was Jane and Goh Y.C . Bay passed over the patient to me .

Was totally pissed off with the Muslim patient ... she was so very restless ! Her CVVHDF kept on alarming ! Access pressure high ! Mad Mad Mad ! I started Glucerna 20mls/ hour . Complained nausea . Headache , leg pain / cramp !

Goh Y.C , Jane , Jieling tried to help me ... but failed . In the end , got to call the dialysis nurse to restart back the dialysis .

The dialysis nurse just switched off the machine even though I TOLD her that I needed to copy the things ! But she said never mind , she would use to same machine , so I can copy down later .

Passed over to Jasmine ... luckily she never ask anything ... Hopefully everything was aright . My dialysis was negative , so she was asking if is it counted inside the output or input . My patients arterial line came out as well , blood pressure low . MAP barley reached 65 .

She was on dobutamine maximum at 20mcg/kg/hour already . Jasmine checked patient and the MAP via the non invasive blood pressure was only 40 plus . Informed the on call and started on nor adrenaline - just 0.2mcg/kg/hour ....

Changed her hydration to dextrose as well . There were 2 admission during afternoon - night over lap time . Busy busy busy . My dialysis machine came back just in time and I managed to copy down the previous hours charting - lucky . I did not pass over anything to Jasmine .

Called Mum during break , Cousin Hui Zhen answered . She wanted me to send Mum to her house tomorrow since I'm not working . I asked her to get Brother to be her chauffeur . It was then I knew that Brother went to Malaysia .

Never mind ...

No wonder Brother's phone was off .

I rode home myself  - without showering . Since I need to bath again when I reach home , and I can't wait to leave the place . Saw the another station guy as well .

Went home and Face book . Brother messaged . He went with the BITCH .

Asked Saw about my assignment since he was the morning in charge . First case of empty room , accepting back SICU case . Nothing . On hourly blood sugar monitoring , extubated this morning .

It was still early , turned Room 14 , then help Belle with Room 15 . Was inside turning patient when Bay and Ber came in . My case came already . I went out to take over .

Accepted the patient in BMS and realized that the patient is Isolation . I asked the staff and she told me that it's MRSA Nasal .

I informed my colleagues inside the room without gowns . Then my colleagues asked why the staff transfer patient without gown . She claimed that now it's the policy that you don't need to transfer patient with gown .

Accepted the case . Even the 2pm medications were not served ! Okay , only 10ml of potassium chloride ... but still ...

My case was settled . Nothing much . Started on feeding , Glucerna 20mls/ hour . Nil aspiration . And I increased it up to 40mls/ hour . Doctor Mark said to do 2 hourly blood sugar monitoring instead since he started on feeding .

Belle dated me to go home with her , but I planned on riding back home .

Brother messaged me again if I need fetching , I said no , liar .

Er called me as well , but I rejected her .... told her that I'm riding back .

Then Brother told me that he was on his way .... waited for him for half an hour . If he's really sincere about it , he would be early and won't make me wait . Had Crispy noodles at the hawker centre . We just sat down , he asked me to order , asked me what I want . I told him . Then he went to order . The person gave us our food - and ended up I got to pay !

What the ! I though that he's so very rich , got the luxury of a car , to travel around and become some one's MAID ? Fetch and send . Home delivery of food . Who the BITCH does she think she is to deserve such luxury ?

Went home . My bed and be put back inside my room . MAD . But I was too tired , and he was waiting for me ...

Dragged myself to work , slept a little on the train , was trying to Face book . So , Room 17 and Room 20 .

Everything was going on smoothly at first . My Room 20 might be able to extubate .

Then , during the grand ward round - Doctor Liza presented my Room 17 . Waited for 2 weeks for them to arrange for transfer back to the country . Heard that the wife told lots of different stories . Told the team doctors that she would arrange for the transport , then told the IMS that the doctors told her to wait till patient is more stable . Told the doctor that she would arrange the transport with IMS . Registrar asked if the ethics community are on board - which they are not .

It was then decided that no further blood taking ... etc for the patient . RT WX was asking about the ventilation settings - just leave it .

Before I know it - my patient deteriorated STAT ! SpO2 became 64%  ....

Saw helped me to contact the patient's wife , Doctor Poon called as well - only ringing tone and nobody answer .

Everything was very messy - I don't even know what was happening . So , I did turning , changing ....

And my patient passed away . 1017 hours - I think . The very last thing I heard was that I answered the call from IMS . The wife was on her way , panicky . Asked us not to do anything harmful to the patient - not to cut off his oxygen supply ...

I left for break . One of the table inside the tea room was missing . Just my luck ! I tried searching for my lunch box on the another table - nope .

I asked Roz , she don't know about it , she asked Joanna . Joanna accompanied me to look for Sister Mani . Sister Mani told me that the table was inside the Day Room . I rushed there , there was nothing . Sister Mani and I went to look for another Sister , whom claimed that she transferred everything to another table .

I went back to the tea room again .... Searched . And finally found it ! Had my lunch with Chilli and Sharon .

Went back to the ward .... They were having family conference . So I just continued nursing my current alive patient .

Yvonne , Sharon , Chilli all asked me if I need any help . Yvonne helped me calculate my shift intake and output and gave 80mg of lasix .

The conference was still going on ....

Then I heard Leong announced to pass central . I went in - only to realized that they were just beginning .

Passed over to Olive . Should not have changed shift with her !!! Her BIG present inside Room 17 , waiting to be packed .

So , in the end , my Room 20 not for extubation . I went in , ran the potassium replacement , 4 hours of Tazocin and started 20mls/hour Ensure .

Heard the IMS staff mentioned that the Room 17's wife wanted to transfer patient to Mount Alvernia !!!

The IMS staff even mentioned that she wash her hands off and not to contact her any more about this case , to contact her another colleague .

Asked Leong to read through my report , added in staffs , then Saw , added more stuffs .

It was almost 1545 hours . Was chatting with RT Matthew and Ivan . They were teasing me about my 2B . Kan S.H was reading my report , I went to her , and she asked me to add more staffs .

Heard that Sister Mani switched back on the ventilator , and the monitors and did CPR !

Left the ward .

Had more good news - more interviews . Hopefully .......................................

Showered , contacted him .

To meet at the usual bus stop . I went , then I suggested him to call me when his bus reach , so that I can just hop on .

He agreed , but called me again and asked me to take the bus myself . ANGRY .

Finally brought another $20.00 worth of Kotex , and got a free umbrella .

Took 157 straight home . Had a nice sleep on the bus , till I wake up automatic .

Went home and used my adaptor with the Wire House !

Anyway , did my work . Got caught drinking Ensue .

Roz sent me for first break ... for terminal extubation . And recorded at 1732 hours . My Room 19 ... They had even packed . So , just did the report writing and I'm free !!!

Left early . Waited for Brother . Wanted to order Crispy Noodles from the Hawker Centre , but no more ! Had Hor Fun instead . Together with the yogurt I got . 

Woke up and Brother was not at home . I prepared myself and was about to leave the house when Brother came back . He offered to bring me to photocopy .

So we drove down - 1130 to 1310 hours . Revision . I took the shuttle bus to the Bukit Gombak MRT . Saw Vic walking down from the bus while I waited to board . Walked around , trying to find a photocopy place . Finally found one at the Internet place . $0.10 each .

Waited for Brother . We went to Cousin's favourite Western Food place at Bukit Batok . Lamp Chop with Cold Milk Tea .

Brother sent me to Paragon . Some Japan Hospital . Then I went to the Ku Clinic as well . Totally disappointed .

Took 502 home as well ...

Brother said that I had been taking 502 daily .

Woke up , cleared my room for a while . Left home , withdraw money from OCBC . Brought some Dim Sim and took 157 to his house . Was on the way when he messaged me that he was already in School .

I dropped off , took bus all the way back home and biked to SGH . Parked and took bus to his School .

Met him at Koufu . He brought some Pizza . Went to the study room and ate , he got his usual milk tea .

So , we study , I downloaded videos from the PP Stream , Face booked . Read my novel and the Library Book .

Tired . Was restless , I even went down back to Koufu to buy milk tea again . But the aunt gave me HOT milk tea .

He sent me to the bus stop while he went for his meeting . Took 502 home , there was a jam , but I enjoyed my ride home .

1 off day DOWN .

Why is it so fast ?!

Rode home and slept .... Vicky order white carrot cake and oyster eggs . She asked me to bring home the half of oyster eggs . 

Woke up in the early afternoon , had oyster eggs and chicken wings . Cleared my clothes . And fell asleep again on Mum's bed . Brother left home to West Mall to look for that Bitch again , but it was still early ...

Woke up at almost 6pm . Checked my hand phone , he messaged me at 4pm plus saying that he got mix up with his IPPT RT timing !

There were missed calls as well . Oh no !

Rushed down , met him at the Beauty World Hawker Centre . Had Thai food . We talked , he made me cried again .... Then went Udders . We talked .

Brother called , met him at Esso . He sent him home . Brought Witchery as well .

Zzz .

It's finally sleeping day !

Rode to work again . Room 16 . And another empty Room of 14 .

On Atracurium 40mg  , nor-epinephrine 0.6mcg and Propofol 100mg .

And CRRT . Took bloods , served medications .... prepare medications ... and wearing the stupid N95 with my contaminated uniform .

We ordered food - me , Vicky , Hui Ying and Nurlin . Hui Ying and I had our food in the ward . We went second break . Vicky , Nurlin and Jieling went for first break .

Had my Yi Mee . Yummy . But forgot to order WHITE instead . But it was still nice .

Went for break , tried to sleep , but Saw was snoring VERY loudly !

Anyway , went back to work , prepared all the medications and CRRT again .

Passed over to Cheryline and Rozita . I did not prepare the  Atracurium 40mg  . Just passed over to them . 

Finally dragged myself and reached home in 1 piece , almost missed my stop . Reached home and there was only a small bowl of instant noodle . Brother made some toast and vegetables . I insisted that I wanted some more food . He made me 1 cheese meat ball , 2 Taiwan sausages and 1 hot dog .

Ate , with a full happy tummy , went to sleep .

Woke up and saw my order from The Lovely Gifts . The wire house . Happy . But realized that I would need a universal adaptor to use it , as the plug was different .

Managed to cleared all my receipts .

Rode to work . Rode together with the another station guy as well .  It was MAD HOUSE in the ward .

Transfers out , admission .... transfers in ...

Received Room 17 from the new girl , Cheryline . Nothing much , not even running any infusion .

Room 18 ... the collapsed case !!! Received from Jieying .

On amiodarone and noradrenaline - 0.4mcg to 0.25 . Belle helped me play along with it . Inserted right femoral vascular catheter as well ! Same as yesterday . For CRRT . Same as yesterday , Belle helped me prepared the trolley . Argh ....

1 hour break only , with Jieling . We made yesterday's left over instant noodles and ate . Yummy . She slept while I tried to Face book .

It was a really stupid shift . 10pm tuning with Saw , got to change all the bed sheet and draw sheet as it was all dirtied . Then I went in again , wanted to change the neck's peripheral cannula , but it came out and the whole bed sheet was dirty again . All bloody .

4am turning with Belle , we changed everything ... so many things . And there was the bloods to give as well .

We went to her room after mine - Room 15 . Stuck inside for quite some time as well - got to change the  transducer .

Passed over Room 17 to E.Bay , nothing much .... Just for the discharge ....

Room 18 . Supposed to pass over to Sharon , but ended up passed to Nor'An . The medications were a bit wrong . She and Jieying even called me when I reached home about the medications - if I served it or not . She actually was being totally nice to me . I think a lot of stuffs were not done - like the replacement bags .... She came out halfway during row call and asked me to pass over the her .

Felt totally stupid . First dose ? But we are the one who give , so why must we get Doctor to sign ?! An d it was just signing - not even " given by " . It makes no sense at all . Sign for the sake of signing .

Anyway , told Belle to wait for me at the tea room , she asked me to go bathe first . Think she mentioned about meeting her friend or something ... I did not see her after my bath . So I just rode home , the rode was nice . There's no cars .

Went home and had breakfast with Brother , Zhu Chang Fen aka Chee Chong Fun . I fell asleep while eating halfway and Brother just sat beside me in the kitchen table and ate " with me . "

Managed to finish the food , bath and slept . 

Last minute decided to go with Mum to swim at Uncle's place . Packed my swimming stuffs and Brother sent us there . He went to look for that girl after that .

Packed my things in a rush - and I realized that I forgot to bring the padding ! Went for swim , there was only Mum and I swimming . We went for sauna as well , but it was not working .

Went to Uncle's house and had lunch . Cousin Hui Zhen and her family came as well . Was leaving when that Mum asked me to bring home the swimming costume , angry ! Why don't she ask her favourite son to bring it home instead ?! Uncle sent me to Yio Chu Kang MRT . Went home .

Thought of dropping by the library , was walking towards the Jurong East Library when a girl asked me if I'm going to the library , and told me that it was close . Went home and slept .

Woke up at 7pm and went downstairs for dinner with Dad . Vegetables rice . Dad sent me to the bus stop . Went to work .

There was Kan S.H and Olive . Had break with them , slept . Fist time went for second break . Almost collapse .... had Brother's bean curd which I brought from home .

Belle . She helped me a lot .

I got 2 patients - Room 16 and Room 21 .

Room 21 is stable ... aright .

Room 16 , the sailor . On Atracurium 40mg , nor-epinephrine 0.5mcg . Received from Jieling .

Inserted femoral vascular catheter for him . Busy ! For CRRT ... Lucky Belle helped me prepare the trolley and Kan helped me faxed the prescription .

Passed over Room 21 to E.Bay , and Room 16 to Sweety . Realized that the Renal Doctor Tan Ru Yu , ordered replacement and dialysate , but prescription only have replacement .... Belle helped me called the Doctor to confirm . Thank you !

Went home with Belle . We brought home 2 packets of Korean instant noodles . Some relatives gave it to the nurses . She taught me about the PPS . Was totally knock out on 185 . 

Woke up early at around 9am plus , 10am .

Cleared my room , got ready and left home . Mum did came home for a while .... I went to Bukit Batok's McDonald's . Headed straight to the cashier and ordered , only to realized that I left my cards wallet at home ! Apologised to the cashier , told her that I'll go and withdraw money . Called Brother . Waited for him at Witchery . He finally arrived at 10 minutes to 11am ! Was concern that I would miss out the Big Breakfast .

Went back to the McDonald's to be greeted by a long long queue . It's National Day Eve and all the School children are out .

What to do but wait ? Ordered ... They were just changing to the Extra Value Meal .

Finally met him , had Big Breakfast with Him and Pauline . There was extra chicken nuggets and corn from Mum's breakfast .

I ate 1 out of 3 chicken nuggets and had the corn . He ate finish my favourite hash brown !

Shared the bread , egg and meat .

Rested for a while . Took bus to Jurong East and walked all the way to Chevrons . He held my hand and dragged me . We finally reached and he went to the SAF Emart . I went in with him but he asked me to go out and have a rest and have a drink .

I went out and sat on the sofa waiting for him . I saw him came out and he went around searching for me . We went Han's and had Chicken Chop meal . Shared with him .

We went back to the SAF Emart where he got his sports shoe and shorts . We took shuttle bus to IMM .

Walked a little and finally settled at Mos Burger . He ordered a set meal , with an extra large milk tea for me .

I recalled the very first few dates where he actually wanted to go back to School even thought he was sick just because they were releasing some test results . He went out with me in the end and we went to Jurong Point Mos Burger .

There was the time when we fought and wanted to break up , we met at West Mall Mos Burger . Outside seat . I cried over there .

Anyway , read my BORING book and my novel .

We left around 7pm . Shopped a little at Challenger , then I brought some self laminating cards . 2 packet at $4.85 , total $9.70 . Member discount minus $0.98 . Total $8.72 . Went back to Jurong East via it's shuttle bus .

We walked to the bus stop . He knew that I want good bye kiss . He stood there and I kissed him .

KISSED .

I love you . 

Left home with Brother at 2pm . Drove pass Lakeside and shouted out to Mum . We went to Jurong Point NTUC . Shopped . Brought a few things . $48.50 spent !

Next , Driving Centre . Top up . $100 . Went to the medical library as well . Brother waited for me downstairs while I went up to print the ICs . Need a windows login account , luckily there were 2 girls printing as well . I troubled them to assist me I sent my print job , got to go another computer to login again . It did not turn out the way I want . But I do not want to trouble others again , so I just let it be . Borrowed a few library books and off I left . Paid my $3.00 library fines as well .

We drove to Bugis . Collected my ice cream boxes from my friend's employee .

The shop was not open yet , thus we went next door for desert instead . Was still early , my friend's shop was opened , so we went and had second round . Dessert First . Had S/Milk with Durian and beancurd bowl .

Ate . Then Brother drove me to Raffles City . Wanted to meet the swopper - only to realized that I was at the wrong station !

Called Brother , he asked me to take train down instead . But I left my bag inside the car . Met him and got my bag , took train down to Raffles Place instead . Passed her the dress and I went down to Outram Park .

Was crossing the road when I saw Matthew and Jian Nan . Said hi to them . Went to my locker and took my lunch boxes and STUPID uniform .

Met Brother and we drove home .

Got onto my bike . Brother drove and I rode to pump petrol and air . Went home .... 

Zzz .

It's off day and I was stuck at home . Scanning ....

Nothing much , cleared my room again .

It was nice having weekend off . I love it . Staying at home with my family .

Went down to the garden with Brother . He ran while I sat on the bench waiting for him .

Was on our way home when I suggested to go to NTUC . Went and we bumped into Dad .

Went home .

Off day - gone just like that .

And tomorrow , morning shift .

How I hate it .

Managed to change shift with Tse Lert . Morning shift .

Was in charge of  Room 16 and Room 19 .

Went toilet .

Was busy surfing Face book during overlap time as well . Left slightly late .

He was at the Kopitiam waiting for me . Asked him to go to Block 4 instead . Met him , we took bus to BBB .

Was still on Face book while he slept . I forgot to charge my ipad yesterday thus never bring it out .

We walked . Was very mad at him . He just walked all the way without waiting for me .

Fought .

So I just shopped along . Had KFC .

Went home . Was really very tired .

Rode to work . Had breakfast , serving face book .

Room 21 and Room 14 . Room 14 was empty bed , second case .

Room 21 - nothing . On morphine and propofol only . Tired to help as much as I can .

There was a new admission ....

Okay .

Then they told me that there's another admission ....

Realized that I suppose to pass over BOTH Room 21 and 14 to Tse Lert . But she would be late , due to her research thing ....

They changed assignment . Passed over to Vick instead .

Nothing . Settled .

Tried to get my bike out ... it was stuck again ... The bike fell ... The same Malay man , and 2 other men where were just sitting there came and helped me get up the bike .

Rode home . Rest ... Slept .  

Was too lazy to ride . Mum did not prepare dinner for me as well . Only lunch .

We agreed to order pizza as the coupons are expiring this month . But Brother refused . Just when I was about to leave the house at 12pm , he managed to make a sandwich for me . Bread , cheese , meat .

Yummy .

In charge of Room 17 . CRRT patient . Received from Bernice . Was a bit messy at first . Propass to obtain , Vancomycin to serve , 2D echo to get appointment .

However , everything was settled nicely . Tried my best to help others ... Passed over to Sharon .

Brother came with Dad .

I brought some cakes home . Father went home first .

Brother and I went to the hawker centre to order Wu Xiang and the mini wok noodles .

Yummy .

Angry with him !

Whole day missing in action , he's last day tomorrow . He said that he would be buying egg tarts . Then I said that my Mum could have made cakes for him if he say earlier . He got angry .

We hung up in the end .

Happy Nurses day .... I don't feel anything at all . Guess I lost the passion . I wanted more money . It's no longer satisfying any more . And with the need to wear some stupid uniform ....  

We agreed to go swimming after his lesson . But when we were about to leave , he said that he would be coming back home instead !

Was totally mad at home . Did not even tell him where I last parked the car . We were late .... He went to the lift  , I followed . And went up to eleven floor , I went out of the lift , but he asked me to go back in . Then we went back to the first floor .

I went beside the car and waited for him . He came . We drove .

1130 to 1310 hours . Revision . It rained really heavy .

Went back home and ate some left over pizzas and bread . I slept . Woke up . Insisted on going swimming .

Brother drove to Jurong East Sports / Swimming complex .

Swam a little and went home .

I brought Ding Cha as well ....

Mad !!!

Whole day !!!!

He did not call at all till 1am plus !
